Jennifer Rojas is a People Ops and Talent Acquisition leader who has spent the majority of her career collaborating with start-ups, small businesses and hyper-growth companies in the technology industry. Her mission is to connect, grow and engage teams by creating a shared vision, story, and experience around incredible cultures and organizational objectives.
When she’s not rolling up her sleeves with her clients, she is happily exploring with her daughter, finding balance on her yoga mat and losing balance on her paddleboard (she’s learned not to mind the fall in the water too terribly much...after all it’s all about how you get back up, right?)
